Throughout all of the many things going on in life be them good or bad, we must always find ways to give thanks. To balance things out. For me, I find myself returning to the mat, ballet barre, sometimes all within the same day. Like today. These valuable things, help me in various ways in life. From physically to emotionally. It all is done Spiritually.. And full heartedly.
